  Felix and his team from S.F&M Construction Ltd carried out several works at our house in December. They installed tiles in the kitchen (including the backsplash and floor), tiled the hallway, renovated two bathrooms and installed flooring in the living room. The work was completed to a very high standard. Felix was reliable, professional and kept everything clean and organised throughout the project. Communication was always good and the work was finished on time. We are very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend S.F&M Construction Ltd to anyone looking for quality refurb.

  Bathroom renovation

  I recently had my bathroom renovated. The S.F&M team arrived punctually every day and regularly kept me updated with progress throughout the works. I was very impressed with their commitment to getting the job finished as there were delays outside of their control due to late / incorrect deliveries of material, but the team worked late in to the evening to make sure it finished on time. The finished bathroom looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom refit.
