Jeff and Dale were brilliant, I had an unfortunate experience with a locksmith scam and requested their help the next day with putting in a new lock. They also fixed my bottom lock and made some repairs to make our flat more secure, for such a reasonable price. Amazing same day and friendly service.

Excellent work carried out. Jeff also helped to fix a sliding door whilst changing the locks. I locked myself out a few days later and Jeff was really helpful in getting me back in!

My door was completely frozen in the locked position. Jeff came within 2 hours of my enquiry and the lock was completely rusted in and broken, including the bolts at the top and bottom of the frame. I was most impressed that he was able to release the bolts. He then installed a new mechanism. Excellent service and the price was most reasonable. Highly recommended.

Geoff arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call, knew what the problem was immediately, fitted new multi point gearbox straight away and went through maintenance and correct way to lock and unlock the door.

Jeff was quick to reply and quote, with his price for 2x new locks to the front and patio doors of a new property coming in at half those of other Brighton locksmiths. He was on time, fast to fit them and provided useful advice on how to lock our doors safely - really valuable on our first day in the new house. The fact we could pay by card was a bonus. If we’re unfortunate enough to need Jeff again, we’ll be glad to have his number to hand.
