  Lost ceiling lights

  Spoke with him think he was one of the trades. Asked I text him address etc. later when he hadn’t arrived and I’d rung again, he said he hadn’t recd anything from me. I used the mobile phone details on Checkatrade web site but he said his was different. Said he’d come at ten next morning but never came. Total let down. I’m a pensioner, living alone. Didn’t think he was very good on the phone. Didn’t explain about the mobile phone number and just gabbled his which I didn’t get. He had my number cos I’d rung, also I’d said my address.
