Jonathan explained what was required and managed the work in sympathy with the age of the building. He was always clear in his communications and he worked to a high standard. We are very pleased with the results. He also gave us clear guidance about maintaining our new walls and avoiding a recurrence.

I cannot recommend highly enough the service I received from Jonathan. He did a fantastic job taking out all the old plaster from 2 kitchen walls, fitting damp proof course rods and then re plastering the 2 walls with lime plaster. He talked me through the whole process, from first looking to quote for the job, through everything he did until the end of the work. He was kind and courteous. He worked extremely hard and finished the job within the time frame. I am extremely happy with the work done and if anyone is considering having remedial measures to improve a damp problem then he’s your man

After struggling to find someone to even return my call, Jonathan turned up and was so very helpful providing advice on the issue. We discovered the damp after moving furniture (to move house) and he was able to explain what needed to be done and the relevant costs so we could advise our buyers. A really nice guy and if we were staying in the house we would be asking him to complete the work.

Struggled to get someone to come and look at our mould issue after having many companies not showing up but Severn damp proofing turned up and completed our work always on time and efficiently . Very trustworthy and tidy work done to a great standard . Thank you

Got in touch regarding a potential rising damp problem and although they do not come as far as my town they asked me to send some photos of the issue so they could advise...which they went out of their way to do. Very helpful.
