9.67 Remove old shower and install new

Charlie communicated well with prompt replies to messages. Both Charlie and his apprentice arrived punctually and were polite, friendly and respectful. Shower installation was completed quickly but created a water leak in the airing cupboard. However, Charlie responded really well and resolved the issue after a visit to Screwfix. I found it very easy and reassuring to discuss our needs for extending some existing wiring from EV charger supply down to the back garden to install plugs and lighting for a garden room. Charlie's previous experience with similar installations helped consider different options for routing cabling. I was provided a quote later that day and offered a installation date very promptly.
