Josh repointed the whole side wall to my property. He was great at communicating what work needed done, exactly what it involved and keeping me informed of progress in person and by message. Over the 2/3 weeks it took to do the work, Josh updated me daily on when he would be in and addressed any questions I had very promptly. Everyday he cleaned up the site, refitted the gutter and left the work area clear and accessible. He did a great job restoring the wall, adding some extra weatherproofing coating at no extra labour cost. Josh was extremely helpful in discussing options for work required to meet our needs. Once agreed, work was planned in and communication flowed for when he would be on site to complete works. The work was completed to an exceptional standard including tidying up of the work area post completion.
