Outstanding professional service from beginning to end. The tradesmen were dependable and significantly revitalized our old bathroom. I highly recommend them if you want the job done; they also managed to complete a few additional tasks.

Having used Ian before for a new bathroom, we were familiar with him and the high quality of his work. He communicated with us, giving us confidence as well as a high level of information about the work he was undertaking. Him and his team turned up early each day, and worked their socks off, removing the old, inferior floor in our entrance hall, and replaces it with a solid timber frame/truss to support a new suspended floor. He had to jack up the staircase which had gradually fallen over the years, and gave us a floor to be proud of. Honest, trustworthy and hardworking. I would recommend him

Craig did a wonderful job. I had an empty room which I wanted to turn into a downstairs toilet & utility room. There was no plumbing or electrics so I was concerned we wouldn’t be able to do this. However, after meeting Craig and getting some ideas and information from him. I was reassured straight away and had no concerns. Craig is not only a tradesman but also a project manager and combined both of these skills and the outcome is amazing. Honestly it looks like it has always been here. A beautiful room with different sections to meet our families needs. Highly recommended.

I am very happy have found Ian‘s company to install my new bathroom. Ian is very experienced, knowledgeable, professional , approachable and most importantly trusting. Ian was a great support in choosing the right bathroom and relieved the stress for me in buying the plumbing stuff. Ian‘s team Craig and Elijah are both professional ,respectful and very hard working.My home was always left very tidy. Craig is an expert in his field and worked hard to make my bathroom look amazing. Brilliant company I fully recommend and look forward to Ian working on my future home protects.

Ian and team did an excellent job in refitting a bathroom. It wasn't a simple job as all the tiles (and walls) came off, radiator and loo were moved to different places, all to make room to replace a shower with a full length bath. Before the job: I discussed what I wanted with Ian, and he advised what would be best for the long term. During the job: Sheeting was put down. The site was hoovered every night. Pipes were set straight, or sloped for drainage. Many cups of tea were drunk! Finishing the job. Everything straight and sealed and clean. They did the job beautifully. I'd use them again

Ian and Craig installed a bathroom for me in my garage conversion. I was surprised at how far they had got each day when I got home from work. They always tidied up. They stayed on site due to our location and we found them to be courteous and respectful at all times. The bathroom is beautiful. I look forward to them returning to convert my upstairs bathroom.
