  Ryan and his team worked incredibly hard from day one, on site all day throughout the build, which was completed on budget and to schedule. He was happy to answer our many questions and accommodate changes we requested wherever possible. His quote was competitive with the scope of work clearly set out and explained. He was transparent on payment arrangements and the price of any extras we requested. We would definitely recommend Ryan, Tom and the rest of the Set Square team as builders you can rely on and trust.

  Kitchen extension

  Ryan and the team were brilliant in building our new extension for the kitchen. They were on time and tidy throughout the whole job. The job was completed on time and any issues were explained. Ryan will answer any questions and is knowledgable about all aspects of building works. Ryan really has restored our faith in builders. Thanks to everyone who was involved.

  Two storey side extension

  We had a two storey side extension built. The quote we received was competitively priced. Ryan and his team at Set Square group were punctual, friendly and hard working. They took care to communicate what was happening and what was planned; answering any questions we had. Ryan also did all he could to make sure all neighbours were kept happy. Mess was kept outside as long as possible before knock throughs were done. The project was completed very quickly.

  New extension with bahtroom

  10/10 service. Would definitely recommend to anybody who is looking for a good quality building company. From initial conversation , quote, beginning of the works to completion to high standards in a very reasonable time . Ryan and his team were amazing , not only they built our extension with all external, internal works , bathroom but they also communicated with the building control inspector ,issued all certificates and also left no mess behind.
