  We had the best experience with Set Square, who carried out work on a two storey extension for us. They were extremely professional, friendly and carried out the work efficiently, yet to a very high standard. It really helped us that the work of all other trades people was managed by them, this was absolutely seamless too. Thank you so much to the whole team - we could not have asked for more!   Really pleased with the work that Ryan and his team carried out. They kept to within the general budget and clearly explained any additional expenses. They were reliable, and turned up every day until the work was complete, which again was done within the predicted timescale and to a very high standard. Particularly impressed by the way they tried to keep disruption to a minimum and left the house as tidy as possible at the end of each day. Would fully recommend.

  Side return extension

  Ryan and his team worked incredibly hard from day one, on site all day throughout the build, which was completed on budget and to schedule. He was happy to answer our many questions and accommodate changes we requested wherever possible. His quote was competitive with the scope of work clearly set out and explained. He was transparent on payment arrangements and the price of any extras we requested. We would definitely recommend Ryan, Tom and the rest of the Set Square team as builders you can rely on and trust.

  Kitchen extension

  Ryan and the team were brilliant in building our new extension for the kitchen. They were on time and tidy throughout the whole job. The job was completed on time and any issues were explained. Ryan will answer any questions and is knowledgable about all aspects of building works. Ryan really has restored our faith in builders. Thanks to everyone who was involved.
