Steve is a very experienced guy and extremely professional. Throughout the process it was spot on. Arrived on time for survey and openly discussed our options. 3 different quotes depending on what we wanted. Installation day a time was arranged the day before and his was here right on time. He worked with care and tidiness. He fully explained the equipment and helped with the set up on our devices. A really professional job by a professional engineer. Great response on the phone and email - turned up on time, all equipment to hand, completed some complex changes required (and not known about at the time of booking), and invoiced promptly at the agreed rate. Excellent!

The work was completed on schedule and to a very high standard. The engineer was very knowledgeable suggesting improvements to the old system and left our house as tidy as he found it. I would be happy to recommend this security company to anyone.
