Over Christmas, he was away when I first reached out, but as soon as he returned, he got back in touch promptly and came to assess the job. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me lots of helpful information. His advice to replace the boiler was honest and well-explained, and I really appreciate his professionalism and transparency. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable gas engineer.
