Scott was excellent throughout. The job turned out to be more complex than initially expected, as the previous tiler had used an unsuitable substrate. Despite this, Scott was able to accommodate the additional work within a week and completed everything to a very high standard. I wasn’t available for the final two days, but Scott kept me fully updated with photos and clear communication throughout. At the end of the job, the flat was left clean and tidy, and the tiles look great. I would happily recommend Scott and will definitely use him again for any future tiling projects.

Scott popped round to re-seal and and repair the grouting on some tiles in two showers. He came round on a Sunday morning and did the work quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess at all. He's very responsive by text and WhatsApp so you always know what's going on.
