As part of insurance a boiler service is included. Central heating and hot water we’re working fine. During first visit engineer discovered gas leak and cut off boiler. After leaks repaired by gas board engineer returned and stated parts needed. Next visit fitted parts and showed working. Next day no hot water or central heating. Different engineer attended stated wrong wiring. After correcting heating and water working. 24 hours later no water or heating. Call Monday morning after no working and telephonist very unhelpful refers me to insurance company not interested in predicament. 13 days.

as much as we sympathised with the client issue and were in no way trying to avoid attending his breakdown we really needed him to call his insurance company as only they could allocate a job to us for him as he was their client
