    Boiler locked out.

    After we'd been away for a week, we came back to find our boiler had locked itself out due to a blockage in the condensation pipe. Called out ServicePlus, visit arranged the same day and the problem was sorted. We were kept informed with calls ahead of the visit, advising arrival time, the engineer was super polite and got us back up and running in no time. Can't recommend enough.

    Boiler breakdown

    Simon and Jack from Service plus came out on Friday to fix our heating problem. They arrived promptly and were very professional and knowledgeable throughout. They diagnosed and fixed the problem straight away. Amazing service, would highly recommend them.

    Diverter Valve replacement

    Service Plus also came in November 2024 with Matt the boss attending. All very efficient and explained clearly what he was doing. This time a teammate arrived, at 20 yrs old he quickly assessed the problem explaining which part he needed to get. Very knowledgeable at young age again answering any questions I had and obviously enjoys his job. In all nice, friendly guys.

    boiler repair

    My boiler broke down and needed three visits to get it going again. I had two engineers and both were very reliable and efficient. They were polite and helpful and worked well. It was a pleasure to meet them. They were very apologetic about needing to wait for new parts although it was not, of course, their fault.

    We had no heating and no hot water, the water pump had failed.

    Jack’s professionalism was evident from the start. He promptly diagnosed our boiler’s issue as a faulty water pump. Instead of scheduling a return visit, he immediately sourced the necessary part and returned within 45 minutes. After efficiently installing the new pump, Jack thoroughly tested our central heating system and left the area spotless. His dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. Highly recommended.
