  Emergency drain constantly on in dishwasher.

  Engineer stopped it and gave excellent helpful advice. Ordered new bushing from the shop. It arrived and I clipped it on and dishwasher working excellently after 6 years of very poor service. I should have called them earlier.

  Washing Machine Repair

  Sent a video of the noise from the washing machine. Their engineer analyzed it and suggested a solution over the phone. This fixed the problem and I was refunded my appointment deposit. They could have come out and charged me but they didn't. This clearly shows honesty and integrity and therefore I will be using them again if I ever have issues in the future.

  Fridge freezer repair.

  They have a very good customer care. They indicated their willingness to do the job. Unfortunately I did not ask them to come since the fridge had started working on it's own. Any problem in the future I am prepared to have them do some jobs for me. I praise them highly.
