  Never use these people - 4 visits later, over the best part of 7 weeks and still the cooker doesn’t work. Amazing how many times they can turn up with the wrong part. It’s a masterclass of incompetence, and that’s before you layer in the customer service from both the people who rarely answer the phone and the engineers.

  Emergency drain constantly on in dishwasher.

  Engineer stopped it and gave excellent helpful advice. Ordered new bushing from the shop. It arrived and I clipped it on and dishwasher working excellently after 6 years of very poor service. I should have called them earlier.

  Washing Machine Repair

  Sent a video of the noise from the washing machine. Their engineer analyzed it and suggested a solution over the phone. This fixed the problem and I was refunded my appointment deposit. They could have come out and charged me but they didn't. This clearly shows honesty and integrity and therefore I will be using them again if I ever have issues in the future.
