Can’t recommend Steve enough. He’s helped us out a few times now and every job has been completed to a really high standard. The attention to detail and quality of his work really stand out, and you can tell he takes genuine pride in what he does. When we had a big leak, he came round the same day and quickly came up with a solution, which really put our minds at ease. He’s also a genuinely decent guy, easy to deal with, always helpful, and treats your home with respect. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and he’s happy to talk things through so you understand exactly what’s being done

Steve came out to view the problem (hole in our roof leaking in to the loft) within 2 days of contacting him. Then arranged to come back within the week to sort the problem. I trusted him as it was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about and doing. His communication was excellent, his quote very reasonable (which he stuck to), he was very efficient and got the job done in half a day. We were very grateful that he could get it sorted so quickly. Excellent workmanship, hard working, highly competent, clear explanation of what he was doing and thorough tidy-up at end of each day. Long job, took longer than expected but job tackled with humour and diligence. Much work needed doing so jobs spread out from May 2024 to April 2025. Happy to recommend him.

Called Steve out 16th April, he came within the hour, assessed situation, came 2 days later Good Friday by the way, before 8am that morning, did the job, telling what was happening, completed repair to my satisfaction, cleaned everything up leaving no mess behind.
