I was really pleased with the work carried out by SERMAC I was kept informed from first contact to end result, the workmanship is excellent. They were very professional carried on with the work in hand and finished it to a high standard. The area they worked in was left clean and tidy I would highly recommend this company.

Organised for my elderly and disabled parents, they said the process was stress-free, where normally, trades within their home at such an old age can be difficult. They are delighted with the removal of their manual garage door and the automated door will enable the use of their garage safely and efficiently, allowing their independence for years to come.

Superb service from Sermac. Made the process of replacing 2 garage doors so simple. Doors were available so quickly and the finish on the door surrounds made a huge difference. Definitely recommend Sermac if you are looking for new garage doors!

I can’t rate Sermac highly enough. Fantastic customer service and honest workmen. My garage door is old but I can’t quite afford a new one just yet. Russel and his team have been brilliant! I first called on them before Christmas when they fixed the cables to ensure my up/over door worked. I again called on them today to fix the locking mechanism - the team were there on time and took 10 mins to fix the problem so didn’t even charge me for their time. Not once have they tried to push a new sale but rest assured - when the time comes to get a new door they are the only ones I would to

Within a short time of posting this job, Russel had arranged an inspection for the next morning. After the inspection, I had the quote for parts and labour within 1 hour and the repair was carried out the next morning ( but could have been carried out the same day if my garage hadn’t been in such a mess, which I cleared up for the next day). I had read reviews and quotes for similar repairs and I can say Russel’s quote was more than competitive. I can 100% recommend Sermac for their communication, quality of work, pricing and friendliness. A first class experience.
