I can’t rate Sermac highly enough. Fantastic customer service and honest workmen. My garage door is old but I can’t quite afford a new one just yet. Russel and his team have been brilliant! I first called on them before Christmas when they fixed the cables to ensure my up/over door worked. I again called on them today to fix the locking mechanism - the team were there on time and took 10 mins to fix the problem so didn’t even charge me for their time. Not once have they tried to push a new sale but rest assured - when the time comes to get a new door they are the only ones I would to

Within a short time of posting this job, Russel had arranged an inspection for the next morning. After the inspection, I had the quote for parts and labour within 1 hour and the repair was carried out the next morning ( but could have been carried out the same day if my garage hadn’t been in such a mess, which I cleared up for the next day). I had read reviews and quotes for similar repairs and I can say Russel’s quote was more than competitive. I can 100% recommend Sermac for their communication, quality of work, pricing and friendliness. A first class experience.

Excellent response to my telephone call about a damaged electric garage door. Rang after 5 one evening and were at house before 10 next day. Explained problem which could only be sorted by a new door. Dismantled old door. Gave quote to replace same day . Stressed need for new door quickly Supplied and installed fitted within a week. No hassle . Just got on with job and took old door away Highly recommended

Great service and workmanship from start to finish. Same-day response to enquiry, with helpful information and advice, then kept us informed from order to installation. They did a great job installing the electrics and new door, with everything neatly finished off and tidied up. We are delighted with the results and would certainly recommend.
