Reliable, great communication. Serge came over at short notice to sort out an issue we had with plumbing in a dishwasher. We thought it was going to be an easy fix but the previous repairman did a terrible job and Serge sorted it all out, explaining to us really clearly what the issue was and how he would fix it. We would super recommend and would definitely hire again for future jobs!

We sent Serge Generals out to fix a window which was not sealed properly. Serge recommended replacing the window as he was unable to seal it as a fix as there was some damage to the window. We paid him for the purchase of the windows and 2.5 months later the window is still not installed. We are in the middle of winter and there is wind coming through the window.

I would hire Serge again, my kitchen is very small and there were a few issues with the plumbing he kindly inspected and repaired the problem, he kept me informed all the way through the kitchen unit replacement process and is an honest reilable person Serge went above and beyond to complete the job with his co worker Paul I am very happy with the results.

Serge’s workmanship is good, he assembled my mirror promptly and securely, his price was good and he was professional. Thank you.

Cannot speak highly enough of Serge and Paul. They assembled a very difficult piece of flat pack furniture for us. Both Serge and Paul were very professional in their work,extremely courteous and friendly,took a lot of care assembling the unit.
