  Excellent All-Round Builder — Reliable, Efficient, Transparent

  We hired Sergej to carry out some home improvements, including changing our internal doors and replacing a traditional fireplace with a modern one. He provides a real one-stop shop service — while he’s a builder, he also has reliable contacts in other trades (plumbing, carpentry, electrics, painting), so we didn’t have to coordinate anything ourselves. His pricing is reasonable and transparent, and he stuck to the agreed schedule, finishing on time. Overall, we’re very happy with the results and would recommend Sergej to anyone looking for a dependable, efficient, and trustworthy builder.

  Kitchen tiling + underfloor heating + front room insulation

  Sergej and his colleagues did various jobs across our ground floor: - removing old tiles, flooring and underfloor heating in kitchen/dining room and fitting new underfloor heating and tiling throughout; - making good and re installing skirting and repainting. - removing carefully floorboards in front room, - levelling up floor in front room with rest of ground floor - installing insulation between joists - re installing the floor boards - making good the front room (skirting + wall painting). They worked well and fast, Sergej was transparent about the various options and costs.

  Backyard renovation and made to measure bar

  Sergej has carried quite a few tasks at my place, the biggest project being the backyard renovation, and he also built a made to measure bar inside the house to make use of the under stairs space. Everything he's done looks amazing, he puts a great deal of attention to details and makes sure things are perfectly done. On top of that, he's a very kind and respectful, and it's always been a pleasure to have him around. I can only recommend him to anyone looking for someone able to carry a variety of renovation works with high standards. Thanks again Sergej! Will reach out for my next job.
