Calum cleaned our natural swimming pool, completing an excellent job all whilst respecting and very carefully cleaning around our Great Crested Newts. Calum was professional, hard working, careful, knowledgeable and reliable. Turning up when he said he would. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. Thank you so much Calum.

From first enquiry to finishing the job this was an excellent experience. We needed a relatively small pond sorting out - vacuuming and cleaning. The communications were timely, informative and courteous. Calum was great all the way through and nothing seemed too much trouble. A very good job was completed on schedule, in good time, at very reasonable cost and without any hassle. Despite being a dirty job, Calum was tidy and left everything as clean as it could be. From all perspectives, I would highly recommend Calum and this company.

Requested a Garden design for a new build incorporating a pond patio and Hot tub, and must say wow want a fantastic job. Real pride was taken in the work and nothing was 'a that will do' it is the third garden over the years I have had done and this is the best by far. Calum was punctual worked all hours to get the job done but no rushing. I would really recommend him for any garden job very polite and extremely professional

My pond was worked on today. Calum is so calm and takes everything in his stride I will most certainly use his company again and highly recommend to others as he works so hard and is so helpful.

We asked Serene to help us improve an existing patio, which had some loose slabs and had lost its pointing between the slabs. They reassured us it didn't need to be replaced and could be improved with repairs and re-pointing. They completed the work over 2 days, and the improvement is vast. It was a very cost-effective approach and we are very pleased with their advice and the quality of the work they undertook. They also worked with us to schedule the works for when our holiday let barn was empty (no guests). Calum also gave us advice for maintenance of our garden pond.
