Septic Tank And Soakaways was a find. Competitive price and work that could not be faulted in any way. The installation crew took an obvious pride in their work and took great care to minimise disruption and restored the inevitable trenches in a way that I did not even dream would be part of the job. ST&S have been amazing, liaison with building control not a problem. Started on time, finished on time, no final hidden add ons to the bill. Great Company which I highly recommend.

STS spent time surveying the site and recommending the ideal system for us. The job wasn't without challenges, with 35 m of extra pipe work to install across farmland and other access problems. Some of the drainage had to be hand dug at the back of the house. We are very happy with the work that has been carried out and their liaison with authorities to get approval. Thanks for a nice job and I have no hesitation recommending them.

We're in the process of moving house and our survey had highlighted the existing septic tank wasn't compliant to current building regulations. Steve went to visit the property and provided a detailed report of the work required to bring it up to current standards. Excellent service from both Lesley and Steve - would highly recommend.

It is obvious that Steve has a lifetime of experience in this industry. I was really impressed with his clear, concise yet comprehensive explanation in layman's terms of the work that needed to be done. The work was carried out efficiently and professionally. Steve kept me informed regularly of how the work was progressing. His team were a great bunch of guys, all very polite and friendly. Steve's partner Lesley, who works in the office, is the icing on the cake. She has superb administration and communication skills. Very prompt to respond to queries and update me as necessary.

Their team visited our site and were very knowledgeable about the issue we had and how the blockage could be resolved, either by repair or replacement. They gave costings for the various scenarios.

I want to recommend Steve who worked tirelessly and getting me a new pump and fitting it. his professionalism and that of his partner secretary Leslie absolutely amazing. Steve was kind and caring and he knows how and what to do.. it was not an easy job as it was pouring with rain, but he worked on an hour until the job was completed. He said Levi will contact you tomorrow which she did. I want to text Steve and Lesley and recommend them to you for services to my septic tank. I’m sure Steve does a lot of more work.
