Plumber arrived to carry out work in timely fashion

Scott arrived as arranged and had the situation explained. After accessing the soil pipe, and reaching an impasse point in the blocked toilet, he skillfully replaced the taps on the sink. The toilet blockage needs a long-cabled camera to determine where the blockage is so it can be cleared - currently next week.

Scot replied within 1 hour of us placing the ad and came the following day to discuss the job. He communicates very well - I always got a reply to my emails the same day. We are extremely happy with the standard of his work and are very impressed on how he also spent time trying to make it estetically look good. (we have an old cottage with wonky walls, Scot had to remove some wooden cladding and managed to put it back without any damage) Scot is not only an excellent plumber, he also makes a real effort to please his clients. We can highly recommend Scot as a plumber !

I cannot recommend Scott highly enough. From first contact he was very responsive. He turned up on time when he said he would and completed all work very competently. Living in Pembrokeshire where 'the promise,' seems to be endemic, it was a delight to find someone of his calibre and dedication to customer satisfaction. His rates are most reasonable too. Certainly will be using him again for future jobs. One of those tradespeople you are happy to welcome into your home.
