We recently had our bathroom work completed by Clive and Mark - the experience from start to finish was excellent - very professional and always very punctual - communicated clearly throughout the process. Quality of work was excellent and finished to a high standard Left the bathroom clean and tidy afterwards. I would happily recommend - would say need to book in advance as very busy guys with happy returning customers.

Have used Clive and Mark for many jobs over many years. From outside tap installation, WC flush replacement , keeping my old boiler going until I was in a position to have a new one installed, yearly service of that new boiler and most recently installation of some new and additional radiators and fitting of new TRV's to existing radiators. Have also had work done at my elderly in-laws. In summary all work to the highest standard with honest advice and pricing and really good communication.

Excellent work with new boiler and radiators. Also attended a gas leak for friends and fixed it as Gas Safety Certified, plus Gas Safety Certificates and boiler repairs. All friends said they were prompt and sorted problems. Very professional; know their business well, tidy, friendly, efficient, prompt response, and reasonably priced. Clive is an 'old school' tradesman who turned up when he said he would, engaged with us to understand what we needed, made no false promises and, on the day of the work, got on with the job. He an Mark arrived on time, then, without fuss, got on with the replacing the cylinder. When finished, before leaving, they ensured everything was working to our satisfaction and that we were happy. When a tradesman has pride in his work, as Clive and Mark both clearly do, work is done right, the first time and to a high standard.

Excellent service as usual. Have been Clive’s repeat customer for many years always efficient, reliable and trustworthy. A rare find these days.
