  Radiator interim repair

  Ahead of Christmas and family events we needed heat to be restored whilst postponing replacement of the TRV until warmer weather in the Spring when the system can be drained.

  Speedy response to a small range of jobs - replace leaking service (under sink behind cabinet), 2 gate valves on down feeds from CWT and replaced a service tap with a service valve. Very pleased with work. Also very understanding offered options and agreed all work with me before commencing. I’ll will definitely be using Lloyd again for any future work. and can highly recommend him.

  Full Bathroom Re-Fit.

  Full bathroom rip out and re-fit. Lloyd worked with us to suggest viable options and constructive input which maximized the size of the room by changing the layout of pipework. Really really happy with the final result, it totally transformed the space! Top marks for good house-keeping and waste management throughout the duration of the install which was a concern for us. Thanks Lloyd, you really smashed it. Will be in touch in the future for other works.

  Reolaced Bath and Bathroom Sink Taps

  An Exceptional job was performed by LLoyd who managed to remove a 20 + year old plastic bath panel without damage and then proceeded to replace the bath taps and the bathroom sink taps. The work was conducted with attention to detail and I would recommend LLoyd to anyone.

  Replacement Valve

  Speedy response to job, really pleased with work carried out and very thorough cleaned up after completion. Also very understanding and accommodating to my needs being a carer as could only be at my property at certain times of the day. I’ll definitely be using Lloyd again.
