NEIL NEEDS TO LET GO OF HIS ARROGANCE

Work itself has been fine as been dealing with them in the past years on multiple occasions. However, this week, I had another appointment on 30/09/25 but no time slot was given; the operative came at 07:50 and left within minutes. Neil promised to call back to rearrange but never did. When I chased, he gave me a later date but refused an afternoon slot (despite me having had them before), blamed me for “missing” the visit, and spoke with arrogance. No empathy, no follow-through, just blame-shifting. Respect and patience go a long way — please drop the attitude.

Windows and doors

I've had my windows and doors now for four years. They are awful, I've had to have them back out so many times. I understand condensation but to have puddles on the windowsills is just ridiculous.

We are disappointed the customer has left such a review, , this is not caused by new windows except that they are less draughty than before. We refer to the GGF condensation document which was given to the client with regards to ventilation and lifestyle

Bungalow Side Conservatory

We would highly recommend Select Windows. We had a large side conservatory fitted which was not a straight forward job. They overcame all our concerns from start to finish. We would like to thank everyone involved from Darren the Sales Person, Tony the owner, for their ideas and design. Mark the Builder who was first class, helpful and considerate. Jon & Sam the fitters who were punctual, polite, helpful, tidy & hardworking. Thanks to you all for a super job.

Highly recommend this company . Affordable prices , and very good staff from The designer salesman ( Steve ), the brick workman ( Mark ) and John and Sam who fitted frames and windows . All the process ran smooth and no fuss . Will use in the future if needed .! Many thanks

Back door fittings

Len was very nice who came and do tge quotation for my back door. Tom and his mate was really good doing their job and very tidy. They gave me an option when to install the door. Will definitely recommend Select windows and will use their service again.
