  Responsive and helpful. They advised clearly on the issue and repaired it to a good standard. Even though there was a problem with the initial repair, they came back free of charge to fix it. Recommended.

  Having read all the 5 star reviews regarding Select Engineer Ltd, I now understand they are well deserved. From initial contact with the ever efficient Claire, through to the clear and expert advice from John, who patiently put up with my many questions and saved me money in the process. To the quick and efficient installation of a new Worcester Bosch system boiler, water cylinder, Hive control etc by John and Lucas, speedy production of the necessary paperwork. I have no hesitation in recommending Select and shall be calling on them for annual services and any further plumbing needs.

  Professional firm, great service, competitive price!

  I dealt with Select Engineer Limited when I was helping my client with some radiator works at her home. They were great and both my client and I said we would use them again. They were professional and friendly and my client was very happy with the work which John and his colleague provided. Claire in the Admin dept was also super helpful and quick to respond. Competitive price when we got quotes in from a few other suppliers for the works to be completed. Would definitely recommend!

  Boiler conversion and fitting new radiator

  Great communication from first contact. Claire was excellent and providing the needed details and checking in to ensure everything was in the right place. John, the lead engineer made contact to finalize details and as promised the team showed up on the agreed date. The works went extremely well and they even added the installation of a new radiator. Following completion, I had an issue (of my own doing and with my ego completely shattered I called John, within 2 hours he came out and resolved it. Could not be happier with the overall process and will be singing their praises to everyone.

  Really helpful visit

  Really helpful visit to reposition integrated washing machine which had moved and to check over electric central heating system before autumn. Jobs done - dealing with this company is always straightforward from booking to payment, nice people attend and their recommendations are sound.
