  Electrical fault finding

  I called Steve out as some of the lights in my house suddenly stopped working. Communication was excellent, he arrived when he said he would as well as giving me notice so I didn't have to stay in and wait the whole day. Steve was friendly, quickly diagnosed the fault and explained it to me. Thankfully, he was able to carry out the repair the same day! Steve was very tidy, making sure to clean up after himself. All in all, I’m really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical help!

  Smoke Alarm fitting

  Steve Cole’s firm consistently offer an excellent service - quick confirmation of appointment, neat and tidy work, fair pricing and really lovely, friendly people. On this occasion not only did Steve install three new smoke and heat alarms but he also rewired our underfloor heating thermostat which bathroom installers had recently incorrectly wired. Steve diagnosed the problem and rectified this other firm’s poor work in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend their firm.

  An excellent experience start to finish. Steve came and appraised the work required. A quote was sent very quickly afterwards. The work was carried out on time and to a very high standard. We're very pleased with the work Steve and Kelvin carried out and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.
