Needed to get a garden room wired in, lights, sockets, etc. Jay was amazeballs, helped plan out what was needed, cable layouts, consumer unit choice, really helpful and informative. Installation was super smooth, very neat install. Highly professional job. Jay kept the place spotless. We also had some good banter, Jay is a lovely chap as well as a great electrician!

This is our third time with Jay, and he is awesome. We had 3 lights replaced, and one new fitting put in, which involved chasing wiring into walls etc. Jay also did some upgrade work on our distribution board. Jay was on time, on budget, did everything exactly as I had asked, and worked clean! He also answered a host of questions, and explained a lot of things too. Quoting, invoicing and payments were all simple, no fuss. I will absolutely use him again, and will absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I haven't needed any electrical work done for ages but was happy to see that Jay was still operating. He did a great job as ever. Not only is he experienced, tidy and reliable but he is also a top bloke!

Jay was brilliant. He replaced the extractor fan very quickly and with minimal disruption. Would highly recommend.

We have used Jay from Select Electric for a few jobs around our house now having had new smoke alarms fitted, some new spot lighting and some new sockets over the course of the past year. Jay works effectively, efficiently and cleanly and gives excellent results. I will be using him again when needed.

Jay is not only lovely and polite, clean and tidy, ontime and professional, but he knows his stuff! He replaced extractor fans in all my bathrooms with quiet and more powerful ones; Installed an outside movement sensor, PIR ; Replaced a smoke alarm; Installed new lounge lights; Installed fans/lights in bedrooms; Changed two faulty dimmer modules; And updated my consumer units to comply with new regulations.
