I met Andy after calling round to try and find a boiler man, after moving into a home with a broken boiler. Andy came in to the job, us all thinking it was a simple replacement. After an thorough inspection, Andy found a corrosion pipe as well as other various problems preventing the installation. Andy ended up spending nearly the full day with us to fix each error to make it safe to finally install the boiler in and kept us informed through each step made. I couldn't have asked for a better man for the job and cannot recommend him enough.

My experience was stress free. Andy our engineer was absolutely amazing at what he does. He explained everything through the process and gave time frames. He was professional and polite and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of his work. I am extremely happy with the new boiler installation. Andy was thorough, cleaned up after himself and constantly kept me informed and updated about all aspects of work he carried out.
