Helpful and arrived on time and repaired system easily

SSM response to alarm system failure. Very quick response on 2 occasions, efficient, helpful and polite.

Steve attended and confirmed the fault was the front door sensor. Replaced battery and reset alarm. Provided general advice and information on the system. We were relieved to have the repair done on the same day in an efficient and timely way.
