    Fault on control panel, with audible alarm sounding

    Steve attended and confirmed the fault was the front door sensor. Replaced battery and reset alarm. Provided general advice and information on the system. We were relieved to have the repair done on the same day in an efficient and timely way.

    Urgent alarm repair just before Xmas

    My alarm system failed on 21st December, a crucial time to be without security. The engineer arrived within 1 hour, diagnosed and replaced a faulty circuit board (only failure in 7 years since I took on the property/existing system) free of charge within our maintenance agreement. Replaced all batteries, too, whilst there. They always provide amazing service and it was a relief to be secure again the same day the fault arose.

    Installation of a new burglar alarm system

    SSM installed my new alarm quickly and with minimal disruption. The equipment they installed and the work they carried out is of a high standard and they are very quick to respond should any issues arise.
