Secure ,reliable Service at a fair price

First of all I would like to thank Mark Radford for the excellent service I received (especially just after 6am. Lol! Any queries I had was dealt with in a very professional and friendly, if not Jovial, manner. In the whole process I was reassured that I was speaking to someone who was not only knowledgable but was prepared to make the customer feel that he personally would be owning the task and that you could justifiably be confident that the job would be done to your satisfaction. I know it’s an old cliché but no job was too small or too big. Very prompt and reliable company.

Open of locked door with no key, re-sized existing door and fitted new lock.

Mark arrived within two hours of being called. We are a local firm of solicitors and Mark was working on this project whilst the office was open. We had an internal door that was locked and we had no key. Mark managed to open the door and then had to re-size the door as it was so old it expanded on opening. Mark then fit a new lock. All the work was of an excellent standard and Mark was courteous and quiet in his approach as we continued with our working day. Thank you Mark for a first rate service, you saved the day!

Replaced old Anglian door gearbox.

Faulty front door lock gearbox got it replaced. After first inspection Mark obtained a replacement part. Came back to install. Left place clean and tidy.
