After a house move, we were having difficulty re connecting our main TV and WiFi. BT were very unhelpful and after 3 weeks of unresponsive waiting I accessed Checkatrade. Liam responded immediately, arranged to call later the same day, did so and by 6pm we were up and running. He is young, knows what he’s doing, very quick and efficient. Did a great job and he’s returning next week to renew the satellite dish and connect it to a Freesat TV in one of the bedrooms.
