Nick was excellent, punctual and courteous. I could not fault him in any way. No job was to big for him. I would highly recommend.

He identified the problem immediately and discussed what could be done and any possible snags, and talked me thoroughly through the work as he carried it out and we then tried it out successfully.

Made his way straight away from when the call was placed. Gave updates/ easy to communicate with. Once arrived took 5 minutes to pick the lock. Perfect service

Nick initially gave some no cost helpful advice on sorting a poor door alignment matter which I was able to resolve myself. 8 weeks later I had a worsening failing locking barrel which kept turning. Nick returned sorting out the problem transparently. Excellent communicator helping clarify another draught strip interference matter too.
