    Door lock mechanism loose and unreliable to open and unlock.

    Really pleased with both the standard of work and professional way in which Malek, the locksmith dealt with our faulty lock. He was on time, discussed the issue and changed the barrel. He was clear with the pricing, (which we appreciated ). Really happy to recommend this company and will use again should the need arise.

    Excellent service turned up on time did exactly what was needed, cleaned up any mess made (not that there was much) and was polite. Would recommend to everyone.
