Mirek was everything I hoped he would be. After 2 years of broken double glazing window lock mechanisms, I finally called a specialist. I called Mirek and he was there within 2 hours, even though I didn't call for an emergency visit. He took one look at my 2 seized shut windows and had them open within no time. He was friendly, professional, respectful and even forgave me for meddling before calling him (Which is a bit in my nature). I would not hesitate in recommending Mirek to anyone needing a fully qualified, time served locksmith ... you will not be let down. Tremendous service !

Mirek is one of the most professional locksmiths that I have ever had the honour to meet. His knowledge of double glazing lock mechanisms is second to none and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who has windows that have jammed shut. Brilliant service. Asked for quotes for dodgy front door lock on Wednesday night. Thursday morning Mirek phoned me at 9am. He arranged to come at 10.30. Replaced the lock/ explained in full detail what the problem was. Took about an hour - excellent service - lovely man. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to everyone !

He is a good man he did a great work on my door . He keeps to time and very nice person. I am now enjoying my door opening without stress.
