    I can’t praise and rate Mirek enough. He replaced a lock on the kitchen to integrated garage door for me. His attention to detail on the job was most impressive as was his advice and outlining of options leading up to it.

    Broken door mechanism on French patio doors

    Mirek was quick to respond to my request for a quote. Advised labour cost straight away and told me he could do the work today . He arrived on time, and explained what the problem was , works were completed quickly. Thankyou , would use again

    A superb service at a very reasonable price

    Wow! What a superb service The lock on our back door became faulty and so we called Secure Smart Locks and they agreed to come out that same day ( with no call out fee) the gentleman was able to repair our old lock and was very professional and efficient The price was very reasonable

    Mirek is extremely professional, polite and helpful. He advised on various options for different locks I needed repairing and replacing on an auction property I bought, and is very fairly priced. Highly recommended.

    Thorough, friendly, highly skilled and reasonable prices

    I could not open my bay window as the lock was jammed. Mirek fixed this by replacing the whole mechanism. I was very impressed as I was informed by another company that they would have to send an engineer out prior to completing the job as I assume this is a complicated process. Mirek explained what had happened to the window and fixed it at a very reasonable price. My window is now as job as new. In addition he is very friendly, and thorough. I highly recommend him. I would not use anyone else now for any door and window repairs. Thank you so much Mirek

    Mirek arrvived at the appointed time, commenced working immediately. Job completed within 45 mins to my satisfaction. Cost of the works carried out was exactly as quoted on our first contact call. Reliable & trustworthy.
