Secureright came in and did a great job New fire alarm installation with instruction and a video tutorial on how to use the system.

We recently had a new fire alarm system installed in our building consisting of a communal hallway and four flats. As you can imagine, there was a lot of back and fourth between myself, the other 3 tennants and David regarding the works. David was incredibly helpful and patient throughout and made everyone feel at ease and really helped get us over the line with the final decision. The installation was top notch. Quick and tidy. When I had a question about a false alarm, David was quick to respond on a weekend and talk me through it. Not had any issues since then. Highly Recommended!

We had problems with a previous alarm engineer and couldn't access our system as there was an engineer code set on it. We explained to David the situation, he wiped the existing code off and reset the code to our choice of code. He then quoted to upgrade our system so we could link it to the cloud and have an app to control it. He personalised everything to what we wanted. He was quick, very polite and efficient. After sorting it all out the system had a couple of problems, (because it was existing, not new equipment) and David did not hesitate to come back, free of charge to resolve.

Excellent and responsive from David and Jason. Came round very quickly to disconnect an old alarm system that was sounding. I would highly recommend this firm.
