SecureMove (Neil, David & team) are absolutely brilliant. Neil is really personable, quick to reply and understands the moving goal post that is a completion date. The moving team were punctual, incredibly thorough and careful with our belongings. This is the second time we've used SecureMove and we wouldn't go anywhere else if we can help it! Neil and Davey recently moved us from our old house to our new one, and the service was excellent. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and treated our belongings with real care. Throughout the day they were professional, friendly and reassuring, which made a significant difference given how stressful moving can be. The hardest part for us was simply being organised before they arrived — once they took over, everything ran smoothly and without issue. A genuinely first-class service. Booked secure for the third time, arranged a quote as bigger job. Neil arrived on time listened to what we needed within 1 day received the quote. Kept in touch via email when move date was moved twice and when i changed plans with agreed quote was not an issue. Night before received text to confirm what time they would arrive. Move day Dave and Neil arrived on time worked non stop for over 3hrs emptying house. Care and attention to everything and even took our settee apart. All items delivered to storage unit and carefully storage. Some items delivered to new house. Will use again

We used Secure Move to move my 81year old mum from N. Ireland to England. I can honestly say I would never use anyone else. It was an emotional situation and the team were amazing throughout. From initial contact for quotes and changing dates due to sale complications right through to moving the belongings into the new house they were outstanding. Calm, senstive, professional and really efficient. There were some really difficult items and we never felt it was too much trouble or effort, they made the whole experience seamless. Everything arrived exactly as it should.
