Excellent service from Secure Glaze and Locks. He responded to my Checkatrade enquiry promptly, arrived exactly when promised, and was friendly, professional and polite throughout. He quickly realigned the locks on our French doors, completing the job efficiently and at a very reasonable price. He resolved what had become a real health and safety concern, as we couldn't access our garden during the hot weather with two dogs at home. I highly recommend Secure Glaze and Locks and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My front door was catching very badly. The gentleman came out very quickly, (approx 20 mins) and upon looking informed me that the frame had shifted. As door was under warranty I thanked him and said I'd use the warranty. He refused any payment for the advice and his time. An excellent service and will be my go to once the warranty is out, and for other work.

Quick response time to job request. Communication, advice and estimation of costs was excellent through out. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and would use again.
