  Alan on the phone was very helpful. Had an alarm that was extremely noisy and kept beeping due to a trip in the electrics and he guided us through how to fix it. Couldn’t get through to any other electrician. Cheers Alan 👍

  Attending to an old home alarm

  Our alarm started tripping in the evening and after searching for info on line Alan’s firm came up. We messaged him and he responded with good advice to temporarily fix the problem. He then came out the next day and diagnosed what was going on, allowing the alarm to be used. He then returned a week later and provided a permanent solution. Hopefully it has a few more years in it thanks to his expertise.

  I made contact with Secure Environments after my existing security company were slow in responding. My system had a fault and could not be set. They attended and had the system up and running on the same day. I have now asked them to take over my system including the annual service. Highly professional and great communication - would definitely recommend.
