    Atrocious after sales support service

    After my gates were installed I wrote a 5 star review. Since then the gates hinges have dropped, consequently the gates no longer engage. I have contacted SAS numerous times, by email, 'phone and finally by calling in to speak to the Director and Installation Manager. Eventually a technician called but was unable to fix the fault on site, I have a written call out bill, £336 paid, from SAS stating a quotation for resolution was to follow. Since then no further contact from SAS and the fault in the gates remains unresolved.

    Gate wouldnt work at all leaving our farm without security

    Booking a visit was straightforward and our problem was treated as a priority. I was given an accurate estimate as to when the visit woukd be made and kept informed about the likely time of arrival. The engineer clearly knew what he was doing and took time not just to fix the gate but to grease it and check it over. It has worked perfectly since.

    Engineer turned up on time and talked me through what might be going on, then did some investigation. Everything was explained well and I felt I understood the situation. Very well done.

    Fixing a broken intercom system

    Sas were extremely professional and provided clear quotations with various options for fixing the unit. They carried out the work efficiently and quickly and we at last have a working unit. It’s worth noting the unit was provided and installed by an independent chap - wrongly - and he was unable to fix it. So SAS really had their work cut out. Thank you to the team - we are really pleased and the unit it working great

    Resolve issue with non-functioning automated gates

    Proficient service throughout from SAS. Delightful reception management and follow-up from Ann. Next day service resolved issues. Engineer, Gary, knew what he was doing, got on with it and was courteous and happy to explain things. Have used SAS for getting -on for a decade and always had the same levels of service.     Fitting driveway gates

    My wife and I were totally delighted with the finished product, it even superseded our expectations. The product was well designed, well engineered and the fitters that site surveyed and completed the job were consummate professionals. A job professionally attended to and completed ahead of schedule.
