Booking a visit was straightforward and our problem was treated as a priority. I was given an accurate estimate as to when the visit woukd be made and kept informed about the likely time of arrival. The engineer clearly knew what he was doing and took time not just to fix the gate but to grease it and check it over. It has worked perfectly since.

Engineer turned up on time and talked me through what might be going on, then did some investigation. Everything was explained well and I felt I understood the situation. Very well done.

Sas were extremely professional and provided clear quotations with various options for fixing the unit. They carried out the work efficiently and quickly and we at last have a working unit. It’s worth noting the unit was provided and installed by an independent chap - wrongly - and he was unable to fix it. So SAS really had their work cut out.
