    An excellent gate installation for a demanding customer

    Right from the initial contact, the team at SAS Ltd were professional and helpful. They listened to our requirements and put forward a proposal that worked for us. I had some particularly challenging requests regarding the electronics and control systems, all of which they understood and executed flawlessly. Now, a few months on from the initial contact, we have beautiful new oak gates which are working perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend SAS Ltd to anyone wanting a professional gate installation.     A well very run electric gate company

    My second time using this lovely company and I would highly recommend them. My new gates look lovely and operate well. It was easy and pleasant dealing with all members of staff and communication was always excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

    Improved after sales service

    On the 4th October 2025 I wrote a stinking review regarding the poor aftersales service from SAS Ltd. Within a couple of days Paul Stoker, Managing Director SAS Gates, contacted me with profuse apologies and arranged to come and review the issues that I had with the gates his company supplied and fitted. Having spent a couple of hours on site he personally resolved the issues to the gates and apologised for the inconvenience. A few weeks after resolving the faults he personally contacted me to ensure that all was continuing to be satisfactory; which it was. SAS have redeemed themselves to my

    Gate wouldnt work at all leaving our farm without security

    Booking a visit was straightforward and our problem was treated as a priority. I was given an accurate estimate as to when the visit woukd be made and kept informed about the likely time of arrival. The engineer clearly knew what he was doing and took time not just to fix the gate but to grease it and check it over. It has worked perfectly since.

    Fixing a broken intercom system

    Sas were extremely professional and provided clear quotations with various options for fixing the unit. They carried out the work efficiently and quickly and we at last have a working unit. It’s worth noting the unit was provided and installed by an independent chap - wrongly - and he was unable to fix it. So SAS really had their work cut out. Thank you to the team - we are really pleased and the unit it working great
