Search Fire and Security were very professional a knowledgeable. The team arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. I also felt that the price was reasonable.

We were desperate to find a reliable competent company to upgrade our cctv system and add extra cameras after being let down by 2 previous companies. Billy and his team are brilliant. They will stay until the job is done and are very reasonably priced. They communicate well and explain what they need to do. They now service our system annually. We were so pleased with them that we recommended them to the management company, where my son has a flat, to upgrade and calibrate the door entry system. Another job done well. We will continue to use this company and wholly recommend them to others.

I felt that Search Fire and Security went above and beyond when they did an annual maintenance check for the first time for me after moving to a new home. Extras were done like repositioning a detector and providing fobs. Time was given to explaining how the system works to me and allowing me to practice using it.

Alarm malfunction call out. Great communication, diagnosed the issue quickly and very helpful checking all parts of the system.

Called for a quote, Billy came down the next day and talked us through the options and where he recommended us to fit the sensors. Few days later, our intruder alarm was fitted. Everything ran very smoothly, everyone at Search has been fantastic and very polite. I’m glad to have used Search to install my alarm system. Highly recommend!
