I felt that Search Fire and Security went above and beyond when they did an annual maintenance check for the first time for me after moving to a new home. Extras were done like repositioning a detector and providing fobs. Time was given to explaining how the system works to me and allowing me to practice using it.

Alarm malfunction call out. Great communication, diagnosed the issue quickly and very helpful checking all parts of the system.

Called for a quote, Billy came down the next day and talked us through the options and where he recommended us to fit the sensors. Few days later, our intruder alarm was fitted. Everything ran very smoothly, everyone at Search has been fantastic and very polite. I’m glad to have used Search to install my alarm system. Highly recommend!
