  I was really impressed that sean replied to the advert very promptly and could.help out the following day. He confirmed the time with me and the person. I was arranging it for. he turned up on time and was polite and courteous. would highly recommend him

  I knew access would be challenging as it’s a narrow service lane, but Sean took it in his stride. What could be delivered Sean arranged for that delivery, what couldn’t he was able to get and bring it down the lane. All work done in a timely fashion, I was kept well informed and updated. It was a dirty job, but Sean tried to minimise it. I am very pleased with the outcome- it is exactly what I hoped it would be
