  Replacing floorboards

  Messaged Sean at 6pm requesting a few floorboards be replaced as a matter of urgency before carpets were fitted. He arrived at 8am, replaced the boards and was gone by 8.30am. Excellent service.

  Competent workmanship and reliable results

  Sean completed the patio competently and within the time he had scheduled. He builds with a high level of skill and care for the surroundings and tidied up each day and at the end of the build with attention to detail. Previously Sean had completed smaller tasks (hanging a display cupboard and moving a plate rack and heavy mirror) with care and attention. I have found that he always does a tidy job and listens carefully to customer needs. He also provides detailed quotes beforehand and invoices on request. Altogether I have great confidence in his workmanship and will happily employ him again.

  Filling a hole in the wall and replastering

  Sean did an excellent job recently in filling a huge hole in the wall where a TV used to be. He put up new plasterboard and replastered and skimmed. Looks like the hole was never there. He then repainted the whole room which now looks amazing. Added before and after pics to show the great work

  Tile Regrout

  Looked good from a distance but not impressed that copious amount of tile grout has been left on the tiles, which actually makes the work carried out look a mess. Whilst I appreciate that the tiles are not flat, the grout should have been cleaned off of the tiles. So far it has taken an hour to get the grout off of the tiles and it is not finished. Some of the grout in-between the tiles is not a smooth line and a few areas have been missed altogether. I'm sorry to say this is not the best workmanship.
