  Filling a hole in the wall and replastering

  Sean did an excellent job recently in filling a huge hole in the wall where a TV used to be. He put up new plasterboard and replastered and skimmed. Looks like the hole was never there. He then repainted the whole room which now looks amazing. Added before and after pics to show the great work

  Tile Regrout

  Looked good from a distance but not impressed that copious amount of tile grout has been left on the tiles, which actually makes the work carried out look a mess. Whilst I appreciate that the tiles are not flat, the grout should have been cleaned off of the tiles. So far it has taken an hour to get the grout off of the tiles and it is not finished. Some of the grout in-between the tiles is not a smooth line and a few areas have been missed altogether. I'm sorry to say this is not the best workmanship.

  Replace floorboards

  A good all-round worker; quick off the mark and reliable

  Sean reacted immediately to my posting for a Handyman to mend some broken wooden steps. He came to view the job within minutes, gave an acceptable quote, and did the work the following day. He worked fast, efficiently, he listened to my comments, and was polite and approachable. He did a thorough job and I'm pleased with the result.
