10 Great service from start to finish - impressed!

Good quality work, friendly from start to finish, excellent communication and clear estimate/quote. We had a very poor concrete subfloor which some other flooring firms wouldn’t help with but this wasn’t a problem for Sean and was immediately no issue. He brought round lots of samples for us to keep for a few days and gave lots of options ranging from laminate to vinyl roll and LVT. We eventually chose Invictus Primus stone effect LVT and are really happy with the finish. Also accepted PayPal and credit cards inc Amex which was helpful for us. Job location: BH15Just had Laminate flooring done throughout my lounge/diner. Very pleased with the flooring, the entire process throughout was so professional and quick to get replies etc for any queries. Didn't have to wait long to book in either and all done in a day. Excellent communication and knowledge from Jessica. Sean provided very thorough advise on how the carpet would be fitted and could expect to look given our old house which isn't at all straight and we wanted a striped stair and landing runner. However Sean fitted the carpet perfectly and the none of the potential issues he mentioned were there in the finished installation and we couldn't be happier. The carpet which Sean sourced looks amazing and is a real focal piece of our house.
