Super helpful with our 'non-standard' cylinder lock installation. Nice guy! Recommended

The lock in our back door broke, the key wouldn't turn. I had a go with Youtube videos but realised it was beyond me and most likely needed a replacement part. I explained what I had already done and the job to Shaun, and he figured out what the issue was based on my description, and gave a quote. He came as early as he could (next morning), brought the part needed and sorted it all in half an hour. He was clear, friendly and got the job done quickly. He also talked me through how the mechanism got damaged in the first place so as to avoid it in the future. Stuck to the quote. All good.

I broke a key in the lock last night. After attempting to remove the broken key myself, I called Sean from this site this morning. Sean arrived within 2 hours of calling and quickly replaced the damaged lock, aligned the door and lubricated the mechanism. The lock was hard to open before the key broke, but thanks to Sean it's better than ever. I would thoroughly recommend Sean for his attitude and aptitude - not forgetting the memorable name! A nice polite and professional workman. Sean gave us a consultation asking about the job over the phone. He gave us a price, arrived on time, and communicated what was happening throughout. It wasn't a straight forward job, but Sean was excellent and changed our lock system that had gone faulty with a new one. I would definitely use this company again and will be recommending them to friends and family.
