  Thorough, skilful and professional

  Seamless Preservation supported us to address two separate issues at our property - treating a patch of rising damp on an external wall and replacing a bedroom ceiling damaged by a water leak. They were professional in their approach and we were delighted with the outcome, especially the quality of the new plastered wall and ceiling.   Replacing timber floor and joists and treating woodworm and infestations in timber

  Andrew and his team were very reliable and professional. Andrew’s initial survey was very thorough. His experience and knowledge gave us real confidence that his work would help preserve our very old grade II listed cottage. And his time spent on the detail was outstanding.   Re-route guttering; resolve rising damp problem; fit PIV system

  They were excellent. First they took enormous trouble to avoid causing access problems for our neighbour while altering our guttering; secondly they identified what we feared was water-penetration as a condensation problem resolved by thermal painting; and finally they fitted a PIV system to deal with excess humidity causing condensation. The guys were very pleasant, polite and above all tidy. We were very impressed.

  Diagnose and treat damp problems

  Seamless Preservation expertly diagnosed the cause of rising damp and penetrating damp that we were experiencing. Work to fix the problems was then undertaken to a very high standard at a reasonable price. The service provided was excellent in every respect.
