10 Re-route guttering; resolve rising damp problem; fit PIV system

They were excellent. First they took enormous trouble to avoid causing access problems for our neighbour while altering our guttering; secondly they identified what we feared was water-penetration as a condensation problem resolved by thermal painting; and finally they fitted a PIV system to deal with excess humidity causing condensation. Seamless Preservation expertly diagnosed the cause of rising damp and penetrating damp that we were experiencing. Work to fix the problems was then undertaken to a very high standard at a reasonable price. Andrew and his team carried out works to my late grandparents property so it was fit for sale. They did a wonderful job and kept us fully appraised at every step. Typically, as the job went on more works were required and Andrew talked us through all of these and gave updated quotes. The guys were polite and professional and the property was left tidy throughout the job. Seamless Preservation first conducted an initial survey on damp and condensation problems in certain parts of the house. From the results they installed Loft Insulation and machinery to prevent condensation and damp, As a result our house is much warmer and drier.
