Exceptional work and service from Seal Roofing. Terry was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and reliable, from his initial advice and quote to completion of the work, keeping me fully informed throughout. He organised all the extras including scaffolding, skip and building inspection. All I had to do was choose the tile and method of fitting. He made what was a major project for me completely stress free and I'm really happy with the work and clean up afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

Terry understood that we were in a difficult situation with my mum finding the disruption of having work done very stressful, and me having to travel a long distance to be involved. He communicated clearly throughout, was reassuring, and explained what he would be doing each day. The work went smoothly and the new roof and guttering look great and seem to be functioning well. Faultless in every aspect.

I would thoroughly recommend SEAL Flat Roofing Solutions for the simple reason that Terry and his team did exactly what they promised (and probably even more). From initial visit, in very stormy conditions, competitive quotation and completion of the work. This included scaffold erection, delivery of the materials and a very significant crane. SEAL kept us informed throughout of the next stages of the work and the overall project management was excellent. From the final photographs of the completed work the 'new' roof looks wonderful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terry and Luke from Seal Roofing replaced our roughly 120m² flat roof after storms tore off the old felted covering. He managed everything seamlessly, coordinating scaffolders and crane operators while keeping us and three neighbours informed throughout. Despite tough weather, he ensured we were watertight quickly and worked weekends when possible. The new rubber roof is top-quality and expertly fitted. He’s busy for a reason—worth the wait. Highly recommend!

Terry was very helpful in providing advice as to why our roof was leaking during very heavy rainfall and suggested a solution. Although the start of the work was delayed this was because of weather conditions and Terry kept in touch throughout.When work commenced it was carried out quickly and efficiently by Terry's friendly and helpful team.
