    Great work from Terry. It’s a difficult room and he’s got it all looking amazing. Excellent communication and he worked really flexibly around any issues or problems. Really happy with the work and the end result!

    Skirting installation

    Terry was very thorough in his approach, providing a detailed explanation of what was to be included in the work from the outset and updating us with expected time frames. His measurements and fitting were very precise, and he ensured that all areas were left clean & tidy after the cutting & installation. Very pleased with the finished look!

    Fixed a bad dip in a wooden floor

    I had a pretty bad dip in my bedroom floor which Terry has been absolutely brilliant at fixing. I don’t know where I would have been without him on this job, as I had no idea how it would be fixed. He has done his best to find solutions, gave sound advice at every stage and has delivered a fantastic result. Very happy with his workmanship and professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

    Beautiful Kitchen Installation!

    Terry has just installed a new kitchen for me and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased! Prior to removing my old units, Terry discussed the possibility of problems that could arise along with solutions. He is very knowledgable and not easily fazed! Terry is skilled, works to a high standard and is meticulous when it comes to detail. He arrived promptly each morning and tidied up at the end of the day. He was polite, very professional and I would highly recommend him.

    Preparation of kitchen/diner area for new kitchen

    Terry takes pride in his work and listened to what we wanted to achieve in the space. We needed the kitchen/diner gutted & prepared for the installation of a new kitchen (new doorway, walls striped walls back to brick, plaster boarding, decorating & finishing,). Methodical with very high standards, he has excellent workmanship. He is also an effective and organised project manager. Terry organised the various trades to do any additional work required. The plumbers, plasterer and electrician are all people he has worked for many years and he expects the same quality workmanship from the trades.

I specialize in finishing interiors. I am a finishing joiner by trade.

I served my apprenticeship as a shop fitter, back in the early 80's.

In both the joinery workshop and on site.


This gave me a good foundation to work with both hard and softwoods, and sheet materials.

Leading into a varied career in joinery manufacturing and installation.

I served a long period of time in the Pubs and restaurants refurbishment industry.

Traditional and contemporary finishing.

While working in this industry, I installed and sanded a lot of commercial Wood Floors.

When I left this industry domestic Wood flooring was enjoying a revival and revolution.

I happened to be in the right circumstances at the right time.

And have successfully been installing Wood floor variants for 30yrs.

Fifteen yrs of that full-time.


My joinery background gave me, and still does, a desirable talent for taking a floor installation from subfloor preparation.

To a very high-end finish.

Door adjustment requirements, and a skirting board finish being undertaken.

Savings on time, and multiple trade involvement.

I established SE25 INSTALLATIONS to offer customers a great foundation to build their interior joinery and wood flooring requirements.

I have worked with my plumber, gas fitter and electrician successfully for years.


I also have a good plasterer as an example.

If I am installing a kitchen.

I can cover all trade requirements involved.

We make it work regardless of the problems we experience.

I can also supply a spray decorating.
