  Garage Conversion

  Shaun converted our garage into a stylish office with acoustic panel feature wall and a loft to utilise storage space. He also fitted a heavy duty, side hinged garage door & took care in ensuring this was fitted safely & securely. He worked with plasterers & an electrician to ensure the conversion met our needs practically & design wise. Shaun took on additional work during the job digging a trench for an Ethernet cable & remained flexible & helpful throughout the project. Shaun is friendly & approachable. The standard of work is high and Shaun is very skilled and made our vision come to life

  Garage conversion

  SDS (Shaun) did an amazing job converting our very old leaking garage into a a brand new space for us to use and enjoy. This included removing and replacing the roof, structural repairs, electrical work, installing new interior walls, insulation, flooring etc. Shaun was really easy to work with and a really top guy. Highly recommend.

  1 Bed, self-contained annex

  Hiring Shaun was the best decision we made when it came to building our annex. Shaun was everything you want in a builder; honest, reliable, high standards, knowledge, flexible and easy to work with. Throughout Shaun offered us his thoughts and ideas based on his experience to ensure the annexe met our needs. He was happy to make reasonable amendments along the way as we changed our minds. He managed all the contact with BC and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The build quality is excellent and I would have Shaun back in a heart beat if I need anymore building work.

  Single storey side extension

  Shaun , the quality of his work and his willingness to go the extra mile have all been beyond what we expected. We can’t thank him enough for everything he done. He saved us money on materials where he could and was super helpful when we changed our ideas whilst building are first ever extension. Would recommend him highly to anyone. Brilliant job.   Rear extension

  Shaun built a single story rear extension which included moving the external and internal plumbing, underfloor heating, large sliding doors and skylights. Shaun was great from start to finish. A very clear quote and clear communication from the start. He worked at a good pace throughout and organised trades (all local and professional) well in advance so there were no delays. All work was done to a good standard. Shaun responded well to requests for changes and was clear on any additional costs. He was friendly, tidy and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend him.

  Shed/Summer house conversion

  I have used Shaun twice now, most recently he has built a Shed/Summer house conversion for me to work out of in my garden. I couldn’t be happier, his work is incredible and was completed in good time. Shaun is so helpful with giving his ideas and is brilliant at what he does. Left my garden tidy, and the Cladding he did looks great. I wouldn’t ever use anyone else!
