I had an issue with my electric boiler and I reached out to Steve via checkatrade. Rather than book an appointment for a call out Steve went out of his way to call me twice and talk me through adjusting the pressure of my boiler and that was needed to fix it. I was blown away by his courtesy as he didn’t need to take the time to help me without a call out but he did. Job location: CM8Simon arrived at exactly the time he said he would. He got straight to work and installed two double sockets for me in my office exactly where I wanted it. Quality of work was great, left the place as it was on arrival and even helped me changed a couple of switches with broken springs. Would recommend
