  Boiler Replacement

  From the day I submitted a request for a quote, Sean was fantastic, very responsive, and willing to explain in detail anything I was unsure of. On the day of the replacement, which included the removal of three tanks (1 in an upstairs room and 2 in the loft), Sean was very professional, dealt with any obstacles efficiently, and ensured everything was clean before marking the job as complete.   Sean and Gerry were punctual, diligent and thorough. They worked non stop throughout the day and completed the job, solving the issues that they encountered.   Repair and service combi boiler

  Sean , was very friendly on the phone , he turned up as agreed and then told us the problem and what needed replacing and how much that would cost , he also did a mini repair so as not to damage the boiler until he came back . He was back the next day with the part and fitted this plus a service of the boiler , he kept us up to date on the work and the costs involved . All in all very trustworthy and knowledgeable would not hesitate to recommend, which I did the next day to a customer / friend of mine .

  New shower fitting

  Communication with engineer was prompt and we knew what was happening at all times. Was quick and easy to arrange the visit. On the day the engineer arrived earlier than expected but we had received a message to ask if that was ok. On examining the shower the work required was discussed and decided a ‘like for like’ shower was required. Due to a previous cancellation the work was carried out straight away with the engineer travelling to purchase the shower required. It was fitted and tested quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again. Thank you.
