10 1930s ceiling replacement

My mid 1930s ceiling developed a serious sag. Sam advised taking the whole thing down, plasterboarding and plastering over. An excellent piece of work done over 2 days at a fair price. Seeing the mess after the plaster was taken down, it is a testament top his attention to detail how clean the sitting room was left. We had a difficult remedial plastering job required in our lounge which could have been very difficult to conceal.
