Cheshire the system found the problem and ordered a part still waiting on the patio to arrive and be fitted

From quote to completion Simon has been so easy to deal with. Great communication, sound advice on different options, very sensible prices and just a genuinely nice guy. New boiler fitted, smart thermostat and pipework that is so tidy and uniform it is like art in itself. And CLEAN! If it wasn't for the shiny new boiler and pipework you would never have known he had been there. Fantastic job.

Excellent communication throughout, professional, turned up on time, no mess to clean up. Simon was fantastic, no fuss, no stress and pricing realistic. heating and hot water back on same day. explaiened how new things worked and changed thee flow of an outside pipe, to make it safer. Will use again and do recommend.

Simon impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism but most of all his ability to bring my old boiler back to life that had numerous faults and I assumed it would be doomed for the scrap yard and I’d had to fork out a small fortune for a replacement. Now I can get hot water in my kitchen for the first time in years and have to rush when in the shower before it went from tepid to freezing cold. I’d thoroughly recommend him.
