Simon attended my property due to an issue I was having with a Hunter Herald gas fire…..he knew immediately the issue and as he had installed the fire previously in 2023, but he made me aware of it potentially being under warranty so i could contact the supplier to send the part to save on costs, which they duly did. Simon fitted the part promptly and also completed gas safety checks on both the fire and boiler at reasonable cost. He kept me up to date , left my property clean and was very courteous. Would not hesitate to recommend SDL heating…definitely a company you can trust. Thank you .
