10 Professional service from an experienced damp specialist - very happy

Shaun is a true professional, he sent us a quote on email so that we knew exactly where we stood financially. He showed up when he said he would and we had great communication throughout the three days he was with us. He rectified the damp wall and also corrected the cause of the damp by reducing the size of our external air bricks that were actually letting in water. Shaun’s work is excellent, but this is only half the story. He’s a good communicator, he’s tidy and he’s punctual. What more can a customer of his ask for? The property he worked on is let and the tenant took time to call me to say how pleased she was with how he had approached the job. I would certainly use Shaun again.
